"Knowing that fishing isn't the only way to enjoy a vacation, you may prefer more nature oriented activities. Try hiking, biking, roller blading or bird watching on the very scenic completely paved Mi-gi-zi trail. The Mi-ge-zi trail passes within 100 yards of Ojibway Resort. It can take you from the rest area in Cass Lake, to the Norway Beach Interpretive Center, or all the way around Pike Bay's east side, and meets with the Heartland Trail just south of Cass Lake. Ojibway Resort welcomes weary trail travelers." Taking pictures of flowers, trees, wildlife and especially gorgeous Pike Bay sunsets can be a great way to remember your stay at Ojibway Resort. |
